Due to retirement an exciting new role has arisen in their Southside office for an experienced Senior Relationship Executive who will manage and grow an existing corporate portfolio. For those seeking ongoing career opportunities there would also be potential in time to move into a Senior Management position. Your new role Reporting to the Executive Manager your key focus will be to nurture and grow existing relationships while seeking out new and quality profitable business opportunities for the bank through your various referral networks. You will be proactive and consultative in your approach with clients, identifying current and potential future requirements. You will also liaise with other specialist areas within the bank to ensure your clients are receiving the best possible advice on specific products and services. In addition you will be actively involved in the service and sales framework including sales meetings, team debriefs and other relevant projects and will be integral in the day to day business decisions. Your Experience You have been working in a more senior Relationship Management or BDM position in the Corporate Banking space and have a demonstrated background in providing complex solutions to your clients. You make it your business to understand your clients businesses and as such are able to structure deals in consultation with risk to ensure all submissions are compliant and workable to achieve the best outcome for your client and the bank. You have previously demonstrated strong leadership to team members and enjoy training and mentoring staff and sharing your knowledge for the greater benefit of others in the team.
