Your Role Reporting to the Financial Controller and taking responsibility for Trust Accounting, your focus will be to look after a portfolio of circa 150 property’s in a hands on capacity. Your task will also be to improve current processes and take responsibility of the complete financial management for an assigned region. You will be a hands on, all round accountant who is able to communicate financial information to various stakeholders. You will have a good background around compliance and have a commitment to customer service delivery. Your Background Your significant trust and property accounting experience will be complimented by commerce related tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA professional qualifications. With strong finance capabilities, you will have advanced excel skills, an analytical mind and a consultative approach to business. You will be able to work autonomously and be known for your professional approach to stakeholder management as well as being able to meet deadlines.
