The Role
As Payroll Manager you will take a lead role in managing the payroll function for up to 500+ staff.  Your role will incorporate;

• Day to day management of payrolls of up to 500+ staff

• Management of external stakeholders

• Provide leadership in interpreting, researching and analysing complex issues, legislation and regulations

• Manage and implement audit recommendations

• Indentify systems improvements and innovations

• Monitor and manage SLA’s

Your Background

• Extensive experience in end to end payroll in a large complex organisation

• Proven experience in relationship management with both internal and external parties

• Demonstrated ability to interpret research and analyse complex issues, legislation and regulations.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
